1. Controller
The controller for data processing in connection with this website is the association GenWealth-Society, Buchrain LU, Lucerne region (full registered address to follow, see imprint). Contact: info@genwealth-society.ch.
2. Principles
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). We collect as little data as possible, never sell data and use it solely for the purposes described here.
3. Hosting (Vercel)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, technically necessary server log data is generated (for example IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type). This data is required for the secure operation of the website and is processed by Vercel according to their policies. Hosting in the USA involves a transfer of data abroad.
4. Application form
If you submit the application form on the contact page, we process the data you provide (name, email address and voluntary details such as how you heard about us and your message) solely to handle your request.
The submission is sent as an email via the association's mail server at Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) to the association's address. We do not store the details in a database; they remain as an email with the board until your request has been handled or until you ask for deletion.
5. Web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used. The service works without cookies and without cross-site tracking; no personal profiles are created. That is why this website does not need a cookie banner.
6. Event photos
Photos are taken at our events and may be shown on this website and on our channels. We obtain the consent of the people shown. If you do not agree to a publication or want an already published photo removed, contact us at any time at info@genwealth-society.ch. We will then remove the photo promptly.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you, as well as to its correction or deletion. You can withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact info@genwealth-society.ch.
8. Changes
We may adapt this privacy policy if the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies; the date of the last update is noted at the end of this page.
